> 15 August 2011We are please to announce that applications are now open for 1, 2 and 3 year long IT courses awarded by the BCS. Students with Secondary School level qualifications can now enter at Level 4 for a Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification provided they have passed a SELT at the required level, B1 for upto level 5 and B2 for Level 6. Student with a Higher Secondary level qualification can enter at Level 5 for a Level 5 or 6 qualification provided they have passed a SELT at the required level, B1 for level 5 and B2 for Level 6. These students can enter at Level 4 if they wish to do so. Each Level takes 1 year to complete.
> 10 August 2011 We have had a surprisingly positive response to our International Certificate in Financial English course, our first English Language course ever, and have almost 150 students enrolled. We are running a number of batches, with a number of intakes every year, and are employing very interesting and effective teaching methods. We are now enrolling for the August and November intakes. More entry dates will be announced soon.
> 04 July 2011 Further to the new changes announced by the UKBA regarding ACCA courses, we have considered our position very carefully and have concluded that most of our students will not be able to afford the increased fee that will be a direct result of us becoming an ACCA Gold or Platinum partner. We have therefore decided not to offer this course to new students requiring a CAS.All of our existing students, with valid visa will be able to continue their studies as normal until the completion of their course, or the end of their visa, which ever comes first. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will keep our students updates with all important news. Parallel to the above, we are also introducing alternative qualification in the same field so that we can continue to provide suitable recognised courses to our current and prospective students, keeping in view the changing rules and the ever changing demand in market. |
